The Ordering Process
Find out how our coffee goes from the plant to your home!
Availability and Locations
Our inventory is strategically located in Antwerp, Medan, Makassar, Seattle, Oakland, New Jersey, New Orleans, Singapore and Surabaya. Due to seasonal variations in growth and harvesting, year round availability cannot be guaranteed. In spite of this, we strive to maintain adequate supply for our customers.
Pricing
We base our prices on the market price for coffee—which all coffee lovers know can vary greatly depending on weather and other supply issues. We meet our bottom line and work to pass additional savings on to you through volume discounts or strategic sourcing.
Types of Purchasing
Spot purchasing is the purchase of a product at any point (on the spot) that is subject to availability and market pricing. This is a first come first serve basis, and can be a great way to try new products.
Forward Purchasing is the purchase of a product for a future delivery. This is recommended for buyers who are looking for the freshest qualities and have a good ability to view their future demands. This ensures to our clients that the coffee will be available to them regardless of if we encounter an unexpected surge in demand, depleting our spot offerings.
There are no minimum purchase requirements with Exim Products.
Shipping
Our volume shipments offer us discounts, which we pass on to our clients from our network of truck, ship, and rail logistic companies. We can ship coffee anywhere in the world.
Processing Time
All orders require a 48 hour processing period to ensure that all departments have sufficient time to ensure quality.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Due to factors beyond our control, bags may be torn or slightly damaged during shipment. If you receive coffee that is damaged and there is a weight loss, be sure to note this on the bill of landing BEFORE signing it with the freight carrier. Then, please contact our offices and we will gladly assist you in the claim process.
