Where do your coffees come from?
We source coffees from around the world to get the best variety at the best price. As coffee requires high temperatures to grow, most of our equations are in hot parts of the world closest to the equator. For specific coffee or blend origins, contact our service team.
How do you set your prices?
Our pricing is based on the markets, therefore pricing fluctuates as the market fluctuates. Most products carry premiums or discounts in reference to the market, referred to as a differential.
Do you offer discounts?
We certainly do! When you by in large volumes, we often pass our volume discounts onto you with a discounted price.
Can I get my order delivered the same day as I placed it?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. To ensure the best quality, we require a minimum of 48 hours to process your order to our highest standards.
Will you ship to _______?
We certainly will! We can ship coffee anywhere in the world.
How much do I have to order?
Exim Products does not have a minimum order, so order as much as you need! We’ll be happy to send more if you love it.
My coffee was damaged when it arrived. Who do I contact?
Please note any discrepencies in weight upon receiving your shipment, and indicate it before signing. Then, contact our offices immediately and we will help to resolve the issue.
Do you ship to homes? Businesses?
We do it all! If you want coffee, we want to send it to you.
